Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure we can process orders without delay, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Regrettably, requests received after this window cannot be accommodated.

Once you've received your order, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund, subject to our standard return policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly from our warehouse. We process orders from Monday through Friday, please allow 1 – 3 business days from the order date for processing, excluding weekends. Once an order has been processed, it will be shipped the very next business day, as we do not ship on weekends. During holidays and peak sale periods, additional processing time may be required, so we appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed if any delays occur.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to ongoing high demand, please allow 1 - 2 weeks for your order to arrive. We understand this may be longer than expected, and we truly appreciate your patience. Rest assured, we’re doing everything we can to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. If you have any questions or concerns during this time, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team for assistance.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 days of dispatch, you’re entitled to a full refund—even if the package eventually turns up. Legally, sellers must deliver within 15 days unless otherwise agreed, and if they don’t, you can cancel the purchase and receive a refund without delay. To proceed, simply contact our support team and we’ll process your refund promptly, no questions asked.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

All prices shown on our site are exclusive of tax, listed in British Pounds or US Dollars, and may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees when your order arrives in its destination country. These import charges, determined by your local customs authority, are your responsibility and are not covered by us.

Please note that customs clearance may also cause delays beyond our control. For precise details on any charges that may apply, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect or damaged, please contact us right away with your order number, clear photographs of the product and its packaging, and any other relevant details. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement if the item isn't of satisfactory quality, doesn’t match its description or isn’t fit for purpose. To help us resolve your issue swiftly, kindly provide as much information as possible and our team will treat your case with utmost priority.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, please allow 7 – 10 business days from when we receive your returned item, or your cancellation request, for your bank to process the credit. Keep in mind that bank holidays and weekends can extend this timeframe and the exact posting date depends on your card issuer’s policies. If you haven’t seen the refund in your account after 10 business days, we recommend first contacting your bank to confirm when the credit will appear. As always, our support team is on standby to assist with any questions along the way.
